The facility is clean and very close to the blue mountains. It is surrounded by grocery stores and restaurants and also not far from downtown. Breakfast is very delicious and has lots of options to pick from. the rooms are not sound proof though. I remember one couple checked in on our last night there and we could not sleep. They were banging each other whole night and groaning ad screaming was so disgusting .. it went on for the whole night into the morning. My 10 year old started asking me why the woman was screaming and if we needed to call 911... I tried to reach the front desk several times that night, in vain. I will never forget that night. You can hear everything happening in a neighbors room even if its a conversation.. word for word! That is something to consider.

This was our 2nd time staying here. Although our first stay a year ago was good. This time we had a room in a more rundown area of the inn. The room had hair in the bathroom like someone had shaved and little parts had made their way into corners like around the sink. And finally before we left we noticed the shine of hand prints on the bed head board. Not ours. Just someone before us having a good time.

The room does have a little odour but well equipped with fridge and microwave. The location of the inn is great, surrounded by restaurants and grocery store. Not too far drive to blue mountain slopes.
